Labor Culture & Leading Strong

Labor Culture

Given the global labor changes, millions of individuals are rethinking where they live and work. Close to thirty-three million Americans have ended their employment since early 2021. Even with the larges exit and high workplace demands, the labor construction industry remains in the grip of skilled worker shortage that has lasted for over ten years.

Current speculation about the "Great Resignation" focuses on unsatisfied salaries.  Studies show that corporate culture is ten-times worst in worker turnover rate. Personnel are the backbone of an organization, so as the modern place of work advances, employers who change their company culture to meet the needs of their personnel will be equipped for what is coming.
